How it's billed

Fees & Billing Overview

How maintenance and support is billed.

Website maintenance and support is available on a support plan or on a per-task basis. Development work is charged at 1,000 THB per hour, with support tickets billed in minimum 15-minute increments. Most clients purchase a block of support hours based on how much support they expect to need, for example 10, 20 or 100 hours, which are then used as required. Fees are agreed in advance.
