Our story

Phoenix Media began in 2017.

We are a Thai-British digital marketing agency focused on performance marketing and SEO, with over 20 years of combined experience across some of the largest digital sectors. After long careers in the UK and Australian markets, we formed Phoenix Media and put that experience to work for businesses in Thailand.

Since then we have successfully launched over 300 client campaigns generating in excess of THB 100M for our clients.

Our core leadership team has been with Phoenix Media since the company started in 2017, close to ten years. For larger projects and specialist work we also bring in trusted external contractors, but the core team running your campaigns has been with us from the beginning.

Our services continue to evolve, with new marketing channels and tools tested regularly to find what performs best. A particular focus now is staying ahead on AI, both in how we run and optimise campaigns and in how businesses are found through AI-driven search.

Today our team works across both the United Kingdom and Thailand, combining UK and European market experience with local, on-the-ground expertise in Bangkok. This means international clients receive considered strategy alongside genuine local execution in every market we operate in.

Our process

We are an experienced digital agency based in Bangkok, supporting international businesses with website and marketing services. Established in 2017, our team combines local Thai expertise with English-led management.

The initial consultation meeting is crucial as it’s our opportunity to discover all we can about your business, goals and objectives, target audience, current position and campaign budget.

02Strategise+

After the initial consultation we’ll hold Internal discussions with some of the best minds in the industry. We’ll come up with a tailored strategy that will work for you, set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and most importantly work within your agreed budget.

03Present and Begin+

We’ll present our strategy to you so you understand exactly what we’ll be doing at each stage of the campaign. Only once you are happy will we launch the initial stage of the campaign.

04Report+

We pride ourselves on our transparency, we’ll give you periodic reports on campaign performance and data analysis along with monthly visits from your campaign manager.
