Andovar is a global leader in localisation services, helping companies translate and adapt their content, software and media for new markets.
The company wanted to increase enquiries through its website across four main regions: the USA, the UK, Australia and Singapore.
Each region had its own competitors, search behaviour and cost profile, but a single mixed account would blur all of that into one average.
The sales team also needed to know exactly where each lead originated to judge which markets deserved more budget.

To allow for better optimisation and expansion we created four separate Google Ads accounts, managed under one MCC, so each region could be tuned and scaled on its own merits.
We built a comprehensive Search campaign and used custom UTM tagging to identify which leads came from ads, and integrated a live chat function as an additional conversion point.
The numbers
The USA and Australia proved the strongest regions, with the average qualified lead costing around 3,000 THB, a strong result for high-value B2B contracts.
Alongside the paid campaigns, organic enquiries increased by 30%.
