Restructured Facebook campaigns and CPAS with Shopee for Thailand’s sim-racing and flight-sim specialist.
Think of Sim sells sim-racing and flight-simulation equipment, from wheels and pedals to full cockpit rigs, through its Bangkok showroom and online store.
The company came to Phoenix Media after working with another consultant on its Facebook advertising.

Around 95% of the messages and enquiries generated by the existing Facebook campaign were spam or very low quality, consuming the team’s time without producing sales.
The challenge was to keep sales momentum while dramatically improving the quality of every enquiry that came through.

We restructured the Facebook campaign to increase reach and awareness while deliberately lowering the total number of messages.
We also set up a CPAS (Collaborative Performance Advertising Solution) account with Shopee, and used Google to capture more traffic from product searches.
