Thai Visa Expert, established in 2004, is one of the longest running visa agencies in Bangkok. The company specialises in helping expats and international residents navigate Thailand's visa and immigration processes.
Phoenix Media partnered with Thai Visa Expert to improve their online visibility and generate more enquiries through organic search by strengthening their website structure and SEO strategy.
The Thai visa services market is highly competitive, with many agencies targeting the same audiences and search terms online.
In addition, the client had previously operated multiple websites and worked with several marketing providers over the years. This created uncertainty around which platform would provide the best foundation for long-term SEO growth and lead generation.
Phoenix Media began by reviewing both websites and advising the client on which platform would provide the strongest foundation for future SEO work.
We then implemented a new website structure that clearly organised the different visa services offered, making it easier for both users and search engines to understand the client's services. Content pillars were also developed to support a long-term blog strategy targeting common visa and immigration questions.
Alongside the SEO improvements, the website was refreshed to create a more modern and user-friendly experience. More recently, we have also been reviewing the site for AI search visibility, ensuring key information about the team, services, pricing, and customer reviews is clearly presented.
The numbers
Within the first six months of the campaign, Thai Visa Expert achieved first page rankings for 75% of their target keywords, helping increase their visibility for visa-related searches in Thailand.
Alongside the SEO improvements, the website was redesigned to create a more modern and user-friendly platform that clearly presents the client's services and visa categories.
More recently, as AI search platforms continue to evolve, we have also focused on improving the site's visibility within AI-generated search results. This has already resulted in the brand appearing in over 80% of tracked AI prompts related to visa services in Thailand.
