MyLaundry is a Bangkok-based laundry collection and delivery service, offering convenient solutions for busy professionals, including clothing care and shoe cleaning services.

As a new startup, the business was looking to establish its presence online and generate new customers through digital marketing. Phoenix Media partnered with MyLaundry to support customer acquisition and build a consistent pipeline of enquiries.

The Challenge

Laundry delivery services have become increasingly popular in Thailand, particularly among professionals seeking more convenient day-to-day solutions.

As a new entrant to the market, MyLaundry needed to stand out in a growing and competitive space. It was also important to distinguish between users searching for traditional coin-operated laundrettes and those specifically looking for a collection and delivery service. In addition, the website had been custom built by a third-party developer, requiring close collaboration to ensure accurate tracking and campaign performance measurement.

The Approach

Phoenix Media focused primarily on search-led marketing to capture demand from users actively looking for laundry services.

Google Ads campaigns were structured to target high-intent keywords, while remarketing campaigns were launched across social platforms, including LINE Ads, to re-engage users who had previously visited the site.

From an SEO perspective, as the website did not include a blog, efforts were focused on high-quality link building through premium and locally relevant websites with strong authority in Thailand.

The Results

Within 12 months, MyLaundry achieved position one rankings for most of their target keywords, including highly competitive and generic terms such as laundry and laundry near me.

Paid campaigns also delivered strong performance, with customer acquisition costs maintained at under $100. By focusing on high-intent search terms and effective remarketing, the campaigns generated a consistent flow of new customers.

Since launching in 2023, the campaigns have continued to scale, supporting the growth of the business and helping establish MyLaundry as a recognised service provider in Bangkok.
