IQ Fitness opened as a brand-new fitness centre on Sukhumvit Road, positioning itself as affordable fitness for everyone.

The target was ambitious for a gym nobody had heard of: 300 new members signed up within the first 90 days.

The Challenge

A new gym has no brand searches, no member referrals and no reviews, everything has to be created from a standing start.

Bangkok's fitness market is also crowded, with big-chain gyms spending heavily on the same audience.

We created multiple Facebook campaigns using Awareness, Messenger and Lead Generation objectives, so prospects could start a conversation in whichever way suited them.

A Google Search campaign captured brand searches as awareness grew, along with niche local terms like gym near Sukhumvit.
