High Shopping is one of Thailand's largest retailers, selling household goods, electronics and lifestyle products through television and its online store.
The brief was direct: increase sales through the website across a catalogue of more than 2,000 products.
With thousands of products at very different price points, a single catch-all Shopping campaign would leave budget flowing to whatever Google favoured, rather than what made commercial sense.
Every product group needed enough structure and data of its own for the bidding to optimise properly.

We created a highly targeted Google Shopping structure with over 300 individual campaigns, one for each meaningful product group.
This ensured all product groups were fully optimised to take advantage of Google's machine learning, with budgets and bids controlled at a level a single campaign could never offer.
The numbers
The campaigns achieved an average cost per click of just 0.56 THB and a cost per conversion of 110 THB.
