First Fertility is an IVF treatment clinic with centres in Bangkok and Phnom Penh, serving patients from across the region.
The clinic wanted to increase enquiries from India, Hong Kong, Australia and Thailand, whilst conforming to the strict advertising guidelines that apply to fertility services.

Fertility treatment is one of the most restricted categories in digital advertising, with platform policies limiting how services can be described and promoted.
The campaigns had to generate enquiries across four very different markets without ever stepping outside those guidelines, the same constraint we work within across our healthcare clients.

To satisfy platform policies we created a new landing page and URL, purpose-built to conform with advertising guidelines.
For Google Ads we carefully wrote ad descriptions and targeted the relevant keywords for each region. For local enquiries we ran a content-driven SEO campaign alongside the ads.
The numbers
The clinic achieved more than 30 enquiries each month, with an average cost per enquiry under 500 THB.
On the organic side, 80% of the target keywords reached the top five positions on Google, driving a 35% increase in organic traffic.
