The Australian International School Bangkok was looking for support in promoting the school more effectively online and attracting enquiries from families interested in international education.
A key objective was to promote open day events and private campus tours to the right audience. During periods when on-site visits were not possible due to lockdown restrictions, the school also needed alternative ways to engage prospective parents and continue generating enquiries.

Phoenix Media recommended promoting the school's events through targeted Meta (Facebook) advertising, allowing campaigns to reach families most likely to be interested in international education in Bangkok.
Engaging creatives were developed to promote both open day events and private tours. During lockdown periods, we also introduced lead generation campaigns encouraging parents to download useful information such as the school fee structure.
Alongside the social media campaigns, Google Ads were implemented to ensure the school remained visible for parents actively searching online for international schools in Bangkok.

Google search campaigns also helped capture high-intent enquiries by targeting very specific education-related keywords, achieving a strong click-through rate while continuing to generate new enquiries for the admissions team. In addition, Phoenix Media helped develop a brand guideline document to support the school's future marketing and design work.
