Re-marketing
Remarketing or retargeting is the process of showing ads to people who’ve visited your website or used your mobile app. When visitors leave your website without making a purchase or enquiry, remarketing helps you reconnect with them by showing relevant ads across multiple devices. Remarketing lets you advertise to customers whilst they are most likely to buy; we can tailor your adverts to show relevant information and bring them back to the pages they previously shown interest in. At Phoenix Media, we offer remarketing over a number of different channels including:
Google Display Network (GDN) & Other Ad Exchanges
Google Remarketing is the most common form of remarketing. We use specific remarketing lists to create our audience, and target them through websites that are part of advertising networks.


Using the Facebook Pixel we are able to show Ads to your audience whilst they use Facebook & Instagram.
Dynamic Remarketing
Available through Google Remarketing and Facebook, Dynamic remarketing allows us to show ads that dynamically change to show products and services a visitor has previously visited on your website.
Video Remarketing
We can also use remarketing lists to target customers who have visited your website, and advertise to them whilst they’re on YouTube or other popular streaming channels. Video Ads usually run on a Cost Per View (CPV) basis, where you are only charged if the video plays a certain length of time.
Email List remarketing
Also known as ‘Customer Match’, we can readvertise to customers who have provided you with their email address. Using Customer Match we can advertise to customers whilst they are signed into Google Search, YouTube or Gmail.
Email Remarketing
We can also use customer email lists to trigger a personalised email to be sent based on the customer’s behaviour (products viewed or abandoned shopping carts) directly to the inbox, prompting them to come back to the website to complete their purchase.
